On June 15, 2022, I successfully obtained the Certificate of cPanel & WHM Proficiency - WHM Administration Certification (CWA), which is valid until June 15, 2023. This certification proves my expertise in managing and configuring WHM (WebHost Manager) and related services within the cPanel environment, including server administration, hosting account management, security configuration, and performance optimization. I took this certification as part of the requirements to join JAGOANHOSTING.com, as well as to enhance my understanding of cPanel-based server management. Through this certification, I gained in-depth insight into hosting infrastructure management, system troubleshooting, and best practices in efficient and secure server administration. This experience not only strengthened my technical competence in web hosting, but also honed my problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, which are crucial in the information technology industry.
In the 2021/2022 academic year, I successfully obtained a Certificate of Expertise Competency Test (UKK) in Computer Networking, which was held under the direct supervision of PT BEON Intermedia. In this competency test, I worked on a project to build a campus network, which included designing, configuring, and implementing network infrastructure to support communication and data access needs in the academic environment. This process involved several technical aspects, such as: Network topology design to ensure system efficiency and scalability. Configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and access points, to optimize connectivity. Network security implementation, to protect data and ensure connection stability and reliability. Testing and troubleshooting, to ensure the system functions optimally and according to industry standards. Through this project, I not only honed my technical skills in networking and system administration, but also gained experience working in a team, solving technical challenges in the field, and applying best practices in network infrastructure management. This certification is a testament to my expertise in building and managing computer networks, which is highly relevant in supporting my future role in IT and network technology.
I underwent a 3-month internship program at PT Intinet, an internet service provider (ISP) company based in Surabaya, from July 1 to September 30. In this internship, I acted as a Field Technician, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet networks for customers as well as the company's infrastructure. During the internship period, I gained hands-on experience in various technical aspects, including: Network installation and configuration for corporate and individual customers, including the installation of devices such as routers, switches, and access points. Network maintenance and optimization, ensuring connections remain stable and high-performing. Troubleshooting network disruptions, by analyzing and resolving connectivity issues using various diagnostic methods. Coordination with support teams and customers, to ensure solutions provided are in line with user needs. Implementation of network security standards, to protect data and prevent potential threats to managed infrastructure. Through this experience, I not only improved my technical understanding in networking and network infrastructure, but also honed my communication and problem-solving skills in dealing with technical challenges in the field. This experience has further strengthened my competence in the IT industry, especially in the field of computer networks and internet services.
I participated in the International Joint Student Research Symposium, which was held at Binus University Malang on September 18-21, 2023. This symposium is an academic forum that brings together students, researchers, and academics from various institutions to share research results, exchange insights, and establish collaborations in various scientific fields. The event is supported by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Vetenskap och Konst), which contribute to presenting a global perspective in research and innovation. With the support of these leading institutions, the symposium is a platform that strengthens international academic relationships, encourages cross-disciplinary innovation, and provides new insights for participants in the development of their research..
I participated in “Cracking the Code: How Business Analytics Research is Shaping the Workforce of Tomorrow”, an academic conference held at Binus University Malang on September 18, 2023. The event aimed to explore the role of Business Analytics research in shaping the future of the workforce, highlighting emerging trends, challenges and opportunities in data-driven industries. The conference is supported by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Vetenskap och Konst), which contribute to bringing academic and industry perspectives at a global level. Through discussion sessions, research presentations, and collaboration forums, the event provided an opportunity for students, academics, and practitioners to exchange insights, expand professional networks, and gain a deeper understanding of the impact of Business Analytics in the evolving world of work. By participating in this event, I gained greater insight into how analytics technology and business research can be applied to improve efficiency, innovation and competitiveness in various industry sectors.
I participated in the application design competition at the SMK Do Well Digisocial Fest 2020, organized by PT Telkom Indonesia. This event is a prestigious event that brings together thousands of participants to compete in innovation and creativity in the field of digital application development. In this competition, I managed to rank 50th out of 1,000 participants, an achievement that reflects my ability to design innovative and functional technology solutions. Through this competition, I gained valuable experience in understanding user needs, applying UI/UX design principles, and developing application concepts that are not only visually appealing, but also have high usability value. In addition, this event became a platform to network with fellow innovators and gain new insights into digital technology trends in the industry today.
I successfully obtained my English for Professional Office certificate after completing a series of assignments and training designed to improve communication skills in a professional work environment. The program covered various aspects of using English in the workplace, including business communication, formal email writing, drafting professional reports, and effective presentation skills. During the program, I completed various assignments that tested my understanding of business terminology, communication etiquette, and negotiation strategies in English. I also practiced drafting professional documents, such as proposals, memoranda and business correspondence, which are essential skills in the modern workplace. By obtaining this certificate, I am more confident in using English in a professional context, both in oral and written communication. This experience not only improved my language competence, but also equipped me with practical skills that can be applied in a dynamic global work environment.

In addition, I was also trained to use English more independently in various situations, such as communicating in a work environment, understanding formal documents, and conveying ideas systematically and clearly. By obtaining this certificate, I am more confident in using English as an effective communication tool, both in professional and academic interactions. This experience not only improved my language competence, but also provided a strong foundation to adapt in an increasingly connected global environment.

In addition, I was also trained to think critically in responding to questions, constructing strong arguments, and communicating with a higher level of accuracy and fluency. Frozen Food Stock Management System This system is designed for Bintang Jaya Group partners, especially in the frozen food sector, to manage product stock efficiently. Background - The frozen food business requires accurate stock management so that the operational process runs smoothly. - Unmonitored product stock can cause shortages or overstock, which leads to losses. - A web-based system is needed to record incoming and outgoing goods transactions, and display real-time stock reports. Project Objectives 1. Automation of Stock Process: Manage incoming and outgoing goods data digitally. 2. Time Efficiency: Minimize manual processes in recording transactions. 3. Data Accuracy: Reduces input errors and redundancies. 4. Real-Time Reporting: Provides up-to-date stock reports to aid decision-making. Key Features 1.
